As the manager of Positive Pathways, Louise maintains a very close link with her clients and their families motivated by compassion. She does regular shifts with the clients and manages her office duties out of support hours so that she is always available and involved.


Pat Rimmer

Bio

Pat has over 30 years experience in Support work. Pat's enthusiasm and compassion for her clients make her a firm favourite. She is constantly planning activities, shows, day trips, indoor activities such as art, board games, music, karaoke, pamper days. The clients love her enthusiasm but her professional approach allow our clients to feel safe and engaged.
" It was a very hard decision for me to leave a position I had held for 32 years. However, joining Positive Pathways has proved to be a very satisfying and rewarding move. Having the freedom to focus so much more on the individual care of each client enables us to work progressively through a wish list for each client. It is so wonderful to see their reactions and growth as they fulfil their own desires.

Jimmy Burke

Bio

Jimmy has 30 years+ experience in care and is a firm favourite amongst the clients. His experience enables him to build strong bonds with the Male clients who enjoy the suggestions he makes with regard to activities.
"The clients always come first doing plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. We do lots of seasonal projects for things such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter etc.
The Management keep us up to date with the latest training and courses.
All staff work well together and, working with the clients, we arrange activities that include everyone.
The manager of the company works hard to keep everything done professionally whilst still joining in the activities each day with the clients.
The premises we use have been fully renovated to be a lovely house which the clients view as a second home.
It is a pleasure to work at Positive Pathways"

Mark is a very caring individual and the clients look forward to him being on shift. He is very supportive of the team and is keen to build his experience.
"Since joining Positive Pathways I can honestly say it has been absolutely amazing. I love going to work each day, we all have such a wonderful time and I see my clients as good friends. Full of smiles and laughter, I love teaching them new skills.
I love the outdoors and enjoy taking the clients out to experience some of the beautiful places I have been.
I have a younger brother with special needs so I understand how much it means to have someone just being there to help with daily activities and be a friend."
