Positive Pathways is a brilliant company, very friendly, excellent staff. What made me choose them was the flexibility to work around my sisters needs and my own. Anything you ask of them, if they can physically do it they will. From taking my sister to hospital appointments, doctors, dentist, it is no trouble at all. Changing pick up and drop off times, no trouble. If my sister is having a hard time, Louise and the rest of the staff are at the other end of the phone. They will talk to her and help her to calm down, even coming to the house to make sure things are ok. Throughout the pandemic, regular calls to keep her encouraged and informed as to what was going on. I highly recommend Positive Pathways!! My sister has a better social life than I do!

My son really enjoys his time with Positive Pathways and has made lots of new friends. He enjoys the activities and the way in which Positive Pathways allows him to decide for himself. He is very fond of the staff and I too enjoy a good relationship with them as they are always helpful and supportive.
